I need to move an executive desk from home to office???

What do i do now? I can't rent a uhaul truck, because they hold $100.00 on cc and i dont have one. No one in family has a truck. I am starting my business tomorrow morning and i need to move this desk? What could i possibly do to get it there in one piece?

3. a coworker or a neighbor you see with a truck. all though you should pay for gas used
4. Unless you know someone who owns a truck and will let you borrow it, then renting one or buying one are the only options. There companies you can pay to move it for you as well. Check with Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware. They usually have a pick up you can rent for like $99. I would assume they want a deposit as well but it's worth trying. Also, I think you can make the deposit in cash. You aren't required to put it on a credit card.
5. In this town there are lots of little companies that move things. Here the rates are great; however, moving it tomorrow is rather short notice. Maybe you should consider living without a desk for a few days until you can get 1) a friend to put the $100 on their credit card 2) find someone with a truck in your group of friends, church, whatever, or 3) make an appointment with the local movers I mentioned. 6. if you can't do it yourself, then you should either find friends that can help or else hire someone (see your local yellow pages under "movers")
