How do you remove semen stains from desk chair?

Its a black, average desk chair made of plastic and fabric. The stain is on the fabric part and is white. The stain wont seem to come out.

1. there is some good cleaners for that probably at wal-mart,you can spray shout on it (not too much) and use a cloth to scrub it. Wet the cloth to remove it residue from the shout later.
2. OMG first get a girlfriend or boyfriend! then get some upholstery cleaner and pun that arm to better use. lol
