Where can I buy a simple, plain, wooden desk? I just need four legs, a sturdy slab of wood, and a decent sized work space. Question about mold on a wood desk? We are inheriting this really old wooden desk. It's quite large, like one you would see in an executive office. It was in the basement and has a small patch of mold on it. Does anyone know how to remove the mold without having to refinish the entire piece? I can only assume that refinishing it would be costly. A bill is introduced into congress and in order to get enough votes to pass it onto the Preident to sign into law, our representatives trade their support for pet projects and pork spending. Congress is guilty of this practice almost every time a bill crosses the executive desk. If my wife works for the competition is there a conflict of interest? I work as a project manager in the finance department of a large life insurance company and can get access to sensitive information. My wife is just about to start working for an even larger life insurance company as a secretary in the executive office and will be working for 3 regional vp's and she has been told that she may have to be discreet with certain information that comes across her desk.
